ARCH 415 - Historic Preservation


3 Credits
Three hours per week.

This course introduces the student to the field of historic preservation, examining the history and theory of preservation in architecture and the built environment. Course work includes historical aspects, the issue of sustainability, state and local guidelines, preservation standards, career opportunities, and professional practices.

Prerequisite(s) ARCH 101  with “C” or better and ARCH 205  with “C” or better.
