CMGT 211 - Construction Planning and Scheduling

Three hours per week.

The course deals with the planning and design of construction processes. Course topics include production systems, behavior of construction systems and workers, the relationships between systems in the construction process, and scheduling queuing systems. Students will be introduced to building information modeling technology for planning and scheduling.
