CMGT 401 - Sustainable Construction Practices I

3 Credits
Three hours per week.

This course will cover components of the LEED rating system, including benefits of green building, return on investment (ROI), green building tools and resources, and case studies with lessons learned. Students will be introduced to building information modeling technology for sustainable construction.
