This course explores opportunities to build on the past by applying adaptive reuse while creating transformative and imaginative places;the adaptive reuse design process begins with understanding significance, character-defining features and integrity; to design development approaches that respect and integrate new programs for the use of buildings and sites.

Prerequisite(s) ARCH 302. Students must pass ARCH 302 with a grade of C or better.
