BIOL 408 - Molecular Markers in Biotechnology
4 Credits
Three lecture hours. Three lab hours.
Students will acquire knowledge of various types of molecular markers and DNA fingerprinting methods in determination of genetic variation. Focus will be on integrating knowledge of these techniques in a hands-on setting in the laboratory.
Prerequisite(s) BIOL 310 . Students must pass BIOL 310 with a grade of B or better.
