MDTC 331 - Immunohematology I

3 Credits
This course is designed to introduce the student to basic concepts in transfusion medicine. Basic blood group serology will be stressed as well as immunologic techniques which apply to blood banking. Additionally, donor screening and component preparation and handling will be stressed.

Prerequisite(s) MDTC 300 . Students must pass MDTC 300 with a grade of C or better.
