FIN 620 - Corporate Finance


Three hours.
3 Credits

This course focuses on the corporation’s need for capital and how this requirement plays out in the management of an organization. There is an emphasis on real world applications of key concepts including valuation and risk, capital budgeting and cost of capital, capital structure, working capital and the impact of reorganization/bankruptcy on the firm.
