PROJ 600 - Project, Program, and Portfolio Management

Three hours.
3 Credits

This problem-based interdisciplinary course intro-duces project management tools and techniques. It introduces program and portfolio management in corporate and government settings. Students use practical applications to manage projects from start to finish. Students use software tools for planning and monitoring projects.
