ARCH 301 - Design III: Housing Studio

6 credits
8 studio hours per week. 2 lecture hours.

This course focuses on the design of a series of infill projects of increasing scale and complexity for urban sites in Baltimore City. Projects will include a single residence, housing and mixed-use developments.  Project will develop skills including site design, program organization, structural organization, code analysis, vertical circulation and façade development. (Formerly Design III-Intro to Urban Design).

Prerequisite(s) ARCH 202  completed with a grade of “C” or higher
