ART 352 - Intaglio Printing

2 lecture hours. 4 lab hours.

Students explore the basic techniques of intaglio printing using zinc plates and learn how to print with consistency and controlled variation. Students are also required to master a vocabulary for techniques in order to explore the infinite possibilities of expression–from a three-dimensional textured surface to a flat minimal approach.
