HLTH 316 - First Aid, Safety, and CPR

3 hours per week.

This course is designed to prepare the student to perform basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use an external defibrillator (AED) and provide first aid in a variety of settings and situations. The American Red Cross Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate may be granted to those who satisfactorily complete course requirements. Certification fees are set by the American Red Cross and will be assessed from those students who meet the requirements. HEED 316
