HLTH 403 - Drugs, Society and Public Health

3 credits
3 hours per week.

This course is designed to introduce students to the concepts of substance abuse and dependence and the effects on overall health and wellbeing. The course will focus on understanding biological, psychological, social and cultural aspects of substance use, and prevention, intervention, treatment and policy.
