HIST 120 - Topics in American History (SB)

This course, an introduction to historical thinking, focuses on specific topics in American history, such as the history of war, disease, slavery, immigration, urbanization, religion, culture, or politics in America. Historical topics will be investigated deeply using primary and secondary sources to teach students to pose historical questions, to create narratives about the past, and to develop critical thinking and writing skills.
