HIST 479 - Colloquium in African History II

3 hours per week.

Either half may be taken first. The colloquium is designed for upper level students. This course offers advanced topics in the social, political, and social history of Africa. Examples include the environment, disease and health, slavery, racism, and economic development. The course may be repeated once for credit if a different topic is offered.
