HOMG 290 - Sustainable Travel and Tourism Operations

3 credits
3 hours per week.

This course takes a detailed look at the daily operation of suppliers in the travel industry, to include airlines, cruise lines, rail lines, motor coaches and car rental companies. The course examines legislation and industry practices that have shaped the development of the travel and tourism industry. Sustainable tourism development and marketing practices are discussed.

Prerequisite(s) HOMG 101  completed with a grade of “C” or higher
