MMJN 330 - Reporting and the Social Media

This course focuses on the use of social media in modern journalism. In addition to developing their own skills in using social media to report the news, students will learn how the social media have been used to focus attention on evens happening around the world. It is recommended that students have also completed COMM 240 with a grade of “C” or higher

Prerequisite(s) COMM 201 and COMM 202 and MMJN 202 or MPPD 310 or SCOM 220 completed with grades of “C” or higher.
