APLS 480 - Internship

1-15 credits
During this first internship, students will undertake a significant supervised experiential learning opportunity, typically with an internship/external professional experience with a company, non-profit, governmental, or community organization. The internship represents an educational opportunity that will help students apply and put into action what they have learned throughout the rest of their Morgan State University coursework in a “real world setting.” Credit hours will be determined based on the agreed upon hours to be completed during ‌the internship. Each credit hour equates to 33 hours of internship experience. Students who chose to split their hours across multiple semesters will enroll in APLS 480 prior to enrollment in APLS 490. This course will be offered in both Fall and Spring semesters.

Prerequisite(s) APLS major with a Junior or Senior Standing
