                | ENGL 210 - Introduction to the Study of Literature3 credits
 This course introduces students to the scholarly study of literature, including terminology, methods of analysis, theoretical approaches, and conventions of written forms used in the discipline of literary studies. Students will develop critical thinking skills and apply skills and knowledge to various types of texts, including poetry, drama, film, essays, short fiction, long fiction, and/or creative non-fiction.
 
 Prerequisite(s) ENGL 102  and ENGL 112  completed with a grades of “C” or higher
