HLTH 201 - Human Anatomy & Physiology I 4 credits HLTH 201 is an introductory course in Human Anatomy and Physiology, threaded with associated Medical Terminology and Active Lab experiences. It is the first of two Anatomy and Physiology courses required for the matriculating student pursuing a career in an Allied Health Profession or a Medical Field. The aim of this course is on student mastery of basic anatomical structures that make up the 11 organ systems of the human body. It will prepare the achieving student for success in subsequent Track-Specific courses, HLTH 202 (Human Anatomy & Physiology II) and HLTH 450 (Practicum in Health).
Prerequisite(s) BIOL 103 OR BIOL 101 and BIOL 102 OR BIOL 111 and BIOL 112 completed with grades of “C” or higher Offered (FALL/SPRING)
