RELG 240 - Cities and the Good Life

This course invites you to reflect on theories of the good life, to shape your vision of it, & to work to bring it to life. In addition to engaging theories of and approaches to the good life (e.g. flourishing, utopia, eden, heaven, zion, salvation, liberation, pleasure and joy, holistic health and wellbeing, quality of life, “the American dream”) we will explore various topics related to the fields of philosophy, religious studies, social justice, mental health, and task/project management.
