OMLS 303 - Laboratory Management

2 credits
This course covers the basic principles and practices of clinical laboratory management. Students will be introduced to budgeting, financial, personnel decision-making, regulation and accreditation, information management, quality assurance, quality control, and clinical and continuing education.  MLT certification or MLD Director approval required to register
