CICS 315 - Interdisciplinary Organizational Change Management

This course is designed for professionals navigating change in complex and evolving organizational environments. Students will explore how to lead, manage, and sustain change initiatives, especially in contexts where both innovation and execution are critical. The course focuses on overcoming roadblocks to change, identifying the root causes of performance gaps, and applying strategic tools to design, implement, and lead transformation efforts. Emphasis is placed on aligning organizational architecture—its structures, processes, culture, and capabilities—with strategic goals, and on understanding the relationship between personal leadership and broader organizational renewal.
