BUAD 109 - Honors Seminar – Introduction to Professional Development II

This course is an experiential professional development seminar for first-year honors students. The course includes a speaker series, workshops and service activities designed to provide honors students with an opportunity to practice their professional development skills. Students will have an opportunity to hone their business research skills, build social confidence, practice group facilitation skills and strengthen their leadership ability. The course also includes participation in a service project. Emphasis throughout the course is placed on the three fundamental priorities of the Honors Program: performance, leadership and service. Required for GSBM honors students and open to non-honors students by permission.
