CHEM 310 - Introduction to Inorganic Chemistry 3 Credits Three lecture hours. Three lab hours.
This course explores the basic concepts of inorganic chemistry; including structure and bonding, solid state chemistry, coordination chemistry and the chemistry of main group and transition metal elements.. The laboratory will include basic synthetic and characterization techniques. Prerequisite courses listed must be completed with a grade of C or better in order to take the indicated course. It is expected that all prior prerequisite courses to the ones listed have also been satisfied with a grade of C or better.
Prerequisite(s) CHEM 204 and CHEM 204L AND all prior prerequisites for these courses. Students must pass each class with a grade of C or better. Offered (SPRING)
