Goals and Objectives

The goal of the Department is to provide the highest quality academic programs in Management and Business Administration, Strategic Human Resource Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Hospitality Management. Students are prepared to assume careers in business and industry, government, non-profit organizations, and entrepreneurial ventures. Objectives include the development of future business leaders with an understanding and appreciation of the business world and its relationship to a global economy and society. Students are provided a solid practical and theoretical foundation to enhance their educational experience.

Minors

The Department offers minors in Management and  Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, and Marketing for students enrolled in the GSBM and for non-business students which may be met by fulfilling the requirements.

(Note: A given course can be used to satisfy more than one category of requirements, i.e., it can be double, but not triple counted.)
