Program Description
The Certificate Program in Museum Studies and Historical Preservation affords access to the benefits of the Museum Studies education to current Morgan graduate students in other fields, non-degree seeking students, and working professionals in the field. Certificates are available in Museum Studies and Historical Preservation. Students can focus their studies by choosing electives in Art History and Public History.
Program Course Requirements
Certificate in Museum Studies and Historical Preservation 18 Credits
This certificate program requires students to complete eighteen (18) credit hours. Of these, six (6 )credits are devoted to core courses, and twelve (12) to elective courses. The courses required are as follows:
