Interdisciplinary Sciences (PhD), Program Information

The Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Sciences appeals to potential students who are working in a variety of different work fields including the healthcare industry, data analysis, IT support, lab work, or business. This program will also appeal to students with a degree in engineering, life and physical sciences, health, computer sciences, mathematics, education, or political science. The potential graduates of this program will have advanced growth opportunities in education, marketing, business, government, non-profit management, human resources, or natural sciences.

 

Requirements for the degree program:

A minimum of 36 credit hours are required to graduate. These credit hours are distributed as follows:

Approved Interdisciplinary Coursework     12 credit hours

CICS Requirements      24 credit hours 

Total 36 credit hours

Approved Interdisciplinary Coursework 12 credits


Interdisciplinary Coursework is twelve (12) credits of Approved Graduate Level Elective courses (500-999) chosen from the following areas:
