Finance Honors, B.S.

The department participates in the University Honors Program. Finance majors who have been admitted to the University Honors Program can enroll in FIN 498, Finance Research Project, and receive honors credit.

 

Requirements for the B.S. Degree in Finance

A minimum of 120 credit hours are required to graduate with a B.S. in Finance.  These credit hours are distributed as follows:

General Education and University Requirements    42

Business Core and Supporting Courses Required    51

Finance Core Courses Required    18

Finance Track Courses Required    9

Total Credits    120

Students Must complete all General Education Requirements, Business Core and Supporting Courses, the Finance Core, the Honors Seminars and the courses below.

Finance Honors International Track 9 credits


Students Must complete all General Education Requirements, Business Core and Supporting Courses, the Finance Core, the Honors Seminars and the courses below.

1 Finance Electives must be chosen from the following:  FIN 423 FIN 444 , FIN 448 , ACCT 331 , ACCT 332
