A Critical mission of the department of Information Systems is to offer high quality programs in information systems, cybersecurity, data analytics at the undergraduate and doctoral level. The department seeks to provide opportunities for students to study and apply various technical and organizational knowledge and skills in these areas. The Cybersecurity Intelligence Management program is deigned to develop solid foundations in key technologies, methodologies, processes, and organizational skills for students who wish to advance in their career in the cybersecurity management track. This program follows the required knowledge units of appropriate academic excellence standards, resulting in the graduates of this program prepared to meet the needs of organizations and government agencies. Graduates are prepared for specialized jobs focused on emerging technology, involving cutting-edge aspects of cybersecurity to meet the growing and constant threats of cybercrime and policies concerning cybersecurity and privacy.
Requirements for the B.S. Degree in Cybersecurity Intelligence Management
A minimum of 120 credit hours are required to graduate with a B.S. in Cybersecurity Intelligence Management. These credit hours are distributed as follows:
