PSYM 740 - Principles and Foundations of Item Response Theory

This course introduces Item Response Theory (IRT). Models, features, parameter estimation, tests of model assumptions, and goodness of fit are discussed. Applications to test score equating, test development, computer-based testing, and identification of biased items are also considered.
