PHYS 310 - Astronomy and Space Science

3 lecture hours.

This is a three-credit course in astronomy and space science with emphasis on a descriptive and conceptual approach rather than a mathematical one. It can be used to meet part of the six-credit science requirement for students in the School of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences. Recommended for non-science majors to fulfill general education (BP) requirement

Prerequisite(s) MATH 241  and PHYS 205  and PHYS 205L  completed with grades of “C” or higher
