PHYS 206L - University Physics II Laboratory 1 Credits three lab hours.
This course is required to be taken concurrently with its lecture counterpart, PHYS 206 . You cannot register for PHYS 206L without registering for PHYS 206 lecture. Labs cover electric fields and electric potential, currents, simple circuits and Kirchhoff’s laws, measurements of magnetic fields, electromagnetic induction, magnetic materials, oscillatory circuits, and elementary optics.
Prerequisite(s) PHYS 205 and PHYS 205L and, MATH 242 . Students must pass each class with a grade of C or better. Co-Requisite(s) MATH 243 and PHYS 206 . Offered (FALL/SPRING)
