PHYS 401 - Optics

This is an intermediate course in the study of lenses, aberrations, polarization, interference, diffraction, line spectra, thermal radiation, lasers, photometry and color.

Prerequisite(s) MATH 242 and PHYS 206 and PHYS 206L . Students must pass each class with a grade of C or better.
