REED 520 - Methods of Teaching Reading in the Secondary Content Area (Part II)

Three hours.
3 Credits

This course is designed to provide candidates with a functional knowledge in the following areas: (1) use a variety of assessment methods, texts, and technology to assist content area readers; (2) connection between reading, writing, and student learning in the content area; (3) development and implementation of content area lesson plans.
