Interdisciplinary Health and Human Sciences, (MS) Program Information


The M.S. in Interdisciplinary Health and Human Sciences appeals to potential students who are working in the healthcare industry, athletics, community services, education, and business.  This program will also appeal to students with a degree n health education, nursing, public health, social work, education, mathematics, or natural sciences.  The potential graduates of this program will have advanced growth opportunities in healthcare,  public health agencies, medical service management, physical therapy, sports medicine, or insurance.

 

Requirements for the M.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Health and Human Sciences

A minimum of 30 credit hours are required to graduate.  These credit hours are distributed as follows:

Approved Interdisciplinary Coursework     12 credit hours

CICS Required Courses     18 credits

Total:     30 credits

Interdisciplinary Coursework is twelve (12) credits of approved graduate level elective courses (500-999) chosen from the following areas:
