EEGR 215 - Electronic Materials and Devices

Four lecture hours. one lab hours.

Includes semiconductor physics, PN-junction transistors, junction field effect transistors, metal oxide FETs. Laboratory consists of experiments related to the analysis and design of circuits employing diodes, transistors and integrated circuits.

Prerequisite(s) EEGR 202 and EEGR 203. Students must pass each class with a grade of “C” or better.
