ACSC 130 - Introduction to Actuarial Science

Two hours per week.

This course is an introduction to Actuarial Science from the point of view of practicing life insurance, casualty insurance and interaction with existing in the actuarial science/insurance arena and approved as suitable by advising department faculty. Students will be advised by both department faculty and an experienced actuary and will be required to provide a technical report and resent findings orally.

Prerequisite(s) Senior status.
