This course gives attention to communication strategies and skills that are necessary for health educators for application with various populations. The course explores innovative communications mechanisms such as the media and communication campaigns to promote health. An emphasis will also be given to the evaluation of health communication efforts and the role of health literacy and numeracy in all health education efforts.
