This course is designed to introduce and expand upon the concept of environmental health citizenship as a duty-based set of ideas and actions. The course will include the theory, principles, and practices of environmental citizenship centered around sustainability. There is emphasis placed on maintaining ecological and environmental health, creating economic welfare, and ensuring social justice as an aspect of overall public health.
