MGBU 371 - Principles of Real Estate

3 credits
3 hours per week.

This course examines the basic concepts, characteristics, and principles of real property, ownership, and real estate practices; deeds, leases, restrictions, brokerage, marketing, and appraisals, rental and purchasing contracts, regulations, licensing law, and real estate professional selling. (Formerly BUAD 371)

Prerequisite(s) MGBU 361  completed with a grade of “C” or higher
