HRMG 330 - Compensation and Benefits Management

3 hours per week.

This course is an advanced examination of compensation theory, practice, and benefit programs. Readings, cases, exercises, simulations, projects, and a paper are used to develop competence in compensation management and benefits such as health care, dental, legal rights, child care, educational payments, profit sharing, sick leave, and other employee and managerial incentives. (Formerly MGMT 330)

Prerequisite(s) HRMG 329  completed with a grade of “C” or higher
