Sociology Pre-Law Track, B.A.


Students majoring in Sociology and following the Pre- Law Track get a strong foundation in the discipline and solid training in the following areas: (1) effective oral and written communication, (2) critical textual analysis; (3) critical thinking, (4) argumentation and rhetoric, and (5) social and governmental institutions, traditions and values that shape the legal world. Pre-Law students must complete the program requirements below as well as the all other requirements of the Sociology major:

Pre-Law Track Requirements: 30 Credits


Total: 54 Credits


Liberal Arts Core Requirements: 6 Credits


In addition students following the Pre-Law Track must complete the following two courses in order to satisfy the Liberal Arts Core (LAC) Requirement:
