1  Film History/Culture Elective is one course chosen from the following:  SWAN 241 SWAN 305 SWAN 350 SWAN 355 ART 272  

2  B.A. Students take two sequential courses in a single foreign language 203 or higher

3  B.F.A. students are required to complete six credits of approved SWAN Elective Practical Studio courses as a substitution for the foreign language requirement and must be chosen from:  SWAN 321 SWAN 330 SWAN 385 SWAN 388 SWAN 391 SWAN 400 SWAN 425 SWAN 434 SWAN 438 SWAN 455 SWAN 456 SWAN 470 SWAN 480 SWAN 485  OR with the consultation of your SWAN Advisor, any 300-400 level courses for which you qualify for SWAN or courses in the Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management, The Global School of Journalism and Communications, The School of Architecture and Planning, and The School of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences.
