BUAD 382 - Business Law


3 Credits
Three hours per week.

This course examines the basic concepts in determining the various types of business organizations. Emphasis is placed on agency, partnership, corporations. Students are introduced to the Uniform Commercial Codes treatment of sales, security transactions, and negotiable instruments. Bankruptcy and Accounts legal liability are also covered.

Prerequisite(s) Successful completion of BUAD 381  (with minimum grade of “C”).
