ODSW 802 - Leadership for Social Change 3 Credits

The course will introduce current theories on leadership, reflect on various contexts in which leadership skills are exercised, and consider leadership practices in diverse environments. Conceptual frameworks including social justice, intersectionality, and anti-racism are placed within an ecological perspective to understand the relevance of interactions, dynamics, and consequences of structural bias and discrimination in decision-making.
