BIOL 205 - Ecology and Adaptations

3 lecture hours. 3 lab hours.

This course is an analysis of the environmental factors affecting the evolution, adaptation, distribution and functional processes of plant and animal communities. Considerable emphasis will be placed on the connectivity among communities and ecosystems.  Lab exercises focus on analyzing and interpreting ecological data.

Prerequisite(s) BIOL 105  or BIOL 111  or BIOL 109    and BIOL 106  or BIOL 112  or BIOL 110  completed with grades of “C” or higher
