PHYS 408 - Introduction to Quantum Mechanics

3 credits
3 lecture hours.

This course covers the basic principles of quantum mechanics. Problems in one-dimensional motion, the hydrogen atom and molecule, and perturbation theory are studied.

Prerequisite(s) PHYS 305 , PHYS 300  and MATH 340  completed with grades of “C” or higher
