APLS 320 - Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Global Health 3 credits This course introduces students to the complex, interconnected challenges of global health through an interdisciplinary lens. Drawing from public health, anthropology, economics, political science, and ethics, students will investigate how social systems, policies, and power shape health outcomes globally. Through case studies, collaborative projects, and applied analysis, students will examine community responses to global health issues across diverse cultural and geopolitical contexts.
